NOTICE OF MEETING

A General Meeting of The Windsor Park Equestrian
Club will be held at 11.30 on Sunday 12 February
2012 at The York Club, Windsor Great Park.
AGENDA
1. To receive the Chairman’s Report on the year’s activities
2. To adopt the Accounts
3. To receive suggestions from Members for consideration by the
General Committee. Members wishing to submit proposals must
send in writing to the Secretary before Friday 3 February 2012.

12.15pm Invited Guest Speaker
1.00pm Lunch – a two-course Sunday lunch with a glass of
wine and coffee – please order by 6 February 2012
